Zemgale is a region you want to explore \u2014 and return to.<\/p>\n

Welcome to our page dedicated to journeys and tours across Zemgale. Zemgale is a unique Latvian region where magnificent castles and manors coexist with vast, peaceful nature. It is this combination that makes our tours not only educational, but deeply inspiring.<\/p>\n

What makes our journey special?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The creators of the program, Aija and Natalia, have been working with body-based, psychological and spiritual practices for many years. This path has led them to a clear understanding: one of the most important components of any journey is the journey toward oneself.<\/p>\n

There is a belief that traveling leads to personal growth. It develops our relationship with the world and with people, allows us to discover new things, experience emotions, and learn how others live. This fosters understanding and acceptance. This is how every journey should work.<\/p>\n

But what about a journey toward yourself?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have been taught that when traveling, it is important to see and do everything. However, the \u201csee everything\u201d mode often leads to exhaustion and overstimulation.<\/p>\n

We offer a different approach \u2014 turning toward yourself through encountering unique natural places, grounding, and returning to a state of \u201cbeing within yourself.\u201d
\nThis means paying attention to yourself through spiritual practices such as meditation in nature; tactile and sensory experiences like walking along natural paths; reconnecting with the body through yoga and Pilates; and releasing emotions while inviting new energy through voice and breathing practices.<\/p>\n

For this purpose, we have carefully designed the program to engage all senses: beautiful landscapes, delicious food, hands-on crafts, interaction with animals, and deep self-connection.<\/p>\n

Zemgale is known not only for the famous Rund\u0101le Palace, but also for many other castles and manors. The region is also rich in outstanding natural and atmospheric parks, such as T\u0113rvete, which we will one day introduce to our guests.<\/p>\n

And now \u2014 the most mystical part.
\nIn Zemgale, near Pokai\u0146i, there is a forest where enormous stones are scattered across thirty hills in a specific arrangement. Locals call this forest magical. According to legends, it can change people\u2019s destinies, take away sorrow, and fill one with energy. It is said that here one can exchange energy with nature and hear their inner voice \u2014 the one so often drowned out by everyday noise.<\/p>\n

And this is not all our tours have to offer.<\/p>\n

We have selected the most interesting places to visit and stay overnight, restaurants with authentic local cuisine, and prepared ceramic workshops so that through working with clay, you can feel the strength and energy of the earth.<\/p>\n
